Job Summary: Lead the execution of fiber optic splicing, testing, and maintenance to ensure service continuity and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Lead fiber optic splicing and maintenance activities 2. Ensure continuity and quality of the fiber optic network service 3. Training in Telecommunications Networks or Fiber Optics Job Objective: Execute and lead fiber optic network splicing, testing, and preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring service continuity, quality, and optimal performance in compliance with technical standards, established procedures, and organizational safety guidelines. Education: Technical High School Diploma or Technologist degree in Data Network Installation, Telecommunications Networks, Structured Cabling, or Fiber Optic Installation, or related fields. Experience: Minimum one (1) year performing fiber optic splicing activities, including fusion splicing, connectorization, and continuity testing, ensuring compliance with technical standards, service quality, and established procedures in telecommunications networks. Requirement: Valid certification for working at heights. Contract: Project-based or task-based employment + statutory benefits.
