Required Profile Academic Background Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related disciplines. Experience Minimum 4 years of professional experience, including: At least 2 years in similar roles within the telecommunications, technology, or photovoltaic (solar energy) sectors. At least 2 years in inventory analysis and control. Technical Knowledge Inventory management and warehouse administration. Control of incoming goods, outgoing goods, stock rotation, and minimum stock levels. Advanced Excel and Office tools proficiency. Proficiency in TNS software. Preparation of management reports and KPIs. Material and equipment storage techniques. Main Responsibilities Plan and direct warehouse activities. Supervise physical and system-based inventory control. Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. Record operations in the TNS system. Coordinate physical inventories and cycle counts. Prepare and analyze inventory and turnover reports. Propose improvements to logistics and storage processes. Lead and evaluate warehouse team performance. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely material supply.
