Responsibilities Register equipment received under warranty in databases (Excel). Review equipment status to verify eligibility for warranty processing. Analyze basic information in Excel. Provide warranty-related customer service and guidance. Redirect requests to corresponding suppliers. Maintain control and tracking of cases until closure. Manage documentation associated with warranty processes. Maintain clear communication with customers and suppliers. Correctly apply defined response times and escalation procedures. Requirements Technical or technological student in: Systems Computer Science Computer Equipment Maintenance Structured Cabling No prior experience required. Basic technology knowledge.
