Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate Semi-Senior Service Delivery Manager Developer for the Zoho ecosystem to lead technically and build high-impact integrations. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a Semi-Senior Service Delivery Manager Developer (SDMD) passionate about the Zoho ecosystem, capable of technically leading workflow execution and building high-impact integrations. What will you do with us? Develop and integrate solutions in Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, ERP) using PHP, JavaScript, Java, and Deluge. Lead the technical execution of projects using agile methodologies, following Service Request Manager (SRM) guidelines. Provide consultative-level advisory services to our clients and train them on change management regarding developed solutions. Document processes and record efforts to ensure delivery excellence. What are we looking for? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field; or Technician/Technologist with proven experience of 6 months to 1.5 years in similar roles. Technical knowledge: Development and implementation of ERP/CRM/Intranet Information Systems. Data migration using Zoho tools. Customer Management Desirable knowledge: API handling, web services, and system integration. Cloud tool management. Project management, task administration.
