Position Summary: Maintain industrial machinery in optimal condition to ensure equipment availability, reduce breakdowns, and improve the quality of finished products. Key Highlights: 1. Development of innovative solutions and failure analysis **PURPOSE / MISSION** Maintain industrial machinery in optimal condition by managing allocated resources to ensure equipment availability, contributing to reduced breakdowns and improved finished product quality. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Responsibility / Activity** Execute preventive and/or corrective maintenance plans (Red Cards and Truths) for industrial machinery in Milling, Production, Packaging, and Industrial Services, reporting completed tasks and findings within no more than 24 hours after activity completion. Carry out activities related to advancing TPM pillars MA, MP, and CI, in alignment with the company’s strategic roadmap. Monitor and support the operation of industrial machinery in Packaging and Industrial Services, ensuring equipment availability and timely reporting of abnormalities. Develop innovative solutions to machinery failures, with focus on occupational safety and environmental management. Detect and eliminate machinery abnormalities affecting product safety, personnel safety, and environmental impact. Support the Milling, Production, and Packaging teams when Maintenance Technician I requires assistance to ensure machinery reliability. Participate in failure analysis and resolution generation within no more than 24 hours after failure occurrence
