




Position Summary: Provide technical, administrative, documentary, and commercial support to the General Management, ensuring timeliness, quality, and efficient operational support for the company. Development of skills in technical and commercial documentation. ***MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: FORESTRY ENGINEER*** **1\. OBJECTIVE** Provide technical, administrative, documentary, and commercial support to the General Management by preparing quotations, technical\-economic proposals, public and private tenders, document management, registration on corporate platforms, administrative follow-up, support in contracting and corporate procedures, ensuring timeliness, quality, documentary compliance, and efficient operational support for the company. **2\. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Commercial Management and Quotations** * Prepare technical, economic, and commercial quotations in accordance with guidelines established by the General Management. * Conduct field technical visits for information gathering, measurements, data collection, and analysis of client needs to structure commercial proposals. * Prepare technical\-commercial proposals for public and private clients. * Support the preparation of budgets, unit price analyses (APU), and preliminary analyses for structuring commercial offers. * Follow up on potential clients, submitted quotations, and commercial opportunities. * Manage registration, updating, and maintenance of the company on supplier platforms, corporate portals, corporate clients, and commercial databases. * Support the registration and documentary updating process on platforms such as SECOP, RUP, private procurement portals, and other required systems. * Maintain updated enabling documentation required for contractual and commercial processes. **Tender Management** * Continuously search for commercial opportunities and public and private tender processes. * Review tender documents, terms of reference, and invitations to bid. * Prepare required administrative, technical, and economic documentation for tenders. * Organize and consolidate enabling documents for offer submission. * Monitor tender schedules, observations, clarifications, and deliverables. * Regularly verify the validity of documentary requirements for contracting. * Maintain an updated corporate document repository for participation in contractual processes. **Documentary and Administrative Management** * Draft official letters, correspondence, notices, technical reports, presentations, minutes, and other documents required by the organization. * Draft technical proposals and institutional documents. * Submit procedures before environmental authorities, public entities, clients, and other required bodies. * Maintain corporate document control, ensuring organization, updating, and information availability. * Manage physical and digital archives of technical, commercial, and administrative documentation. * Monitor corporate document expiration dates. * Organize and maintain updated institutional databases. * Handle confidential corporate information ethically and discreetly. **Operational and Technical Support** * Support field technical reconnaissance visits and information gathering. * Collect technical information for proposal and budget preparation. * Provide documentary support to operational projects when required. * Participate in technical, commercial, and administrative meetings scheduled by the General Management. * Support documentary follow-up of contracts, clients, and projects. **Human Resources Management Support** * Request and consolidate staff onboarding documents. * Organize physical and digital personnel files. * Support documentary contracting processes. * Monitor documentary status of contractors and operational staff. * Support affiliations and administrative onboarding procedures when required. **General Responsibilities** * Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the company’s strategic, commercial, financial, technical, and administrative information. * Anticipate the General Management’s documentary and administrative needs. * Propose improvements to administrative and documentary processes. * Use tools, equipment, computers, corporate email, and other assigned resources appropriately. * Comply with the internal work regulations. * Participate in trainings scheduled by the organization. * Perform other duties assigned according to the nature of the position and organizational needs.
