Job Summary: We are seeking an Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Coordinator to lead the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of OSHMS, Environmental, PESV, and SARLAFT systems within a transportation company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and implement Integrated Management Systems (IMS) 2. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance 3. Manage risks and continuous improvement programs A transportation sector company requires an Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Coordinator. **Required Profile:** \* Technician or Professional in related fields. \* Valid Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) license (mandatory requirement). \* Experience preferably in transportation companies. \* Knowledge and experience in OSHMS, Environmental Management, PESV, and SARLAFT. **Main Responsibilities:** Lead, implement, maintain, and improve the company's Integrated Management Systems (OSHMS, Environmental, PESV, and SARLAFT). Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Identify, assess, and control occupational, environmental, and operational risks. Coordinate internal and external audits and improvement plans. Design and execute training, induction, and re-induction programs for personnel. Develop, update, and control IMS documentation. Manage performance indicators, managerial reports, and monitoring of work plans. Lead emergency, contingency, road safety, and environmental sustainability plans. Monitor carbon footprint measurement and environmental management programs. Support SARLAFT management and monitoring alongside the Compliance Officer. Lead Safety, Quality, and Environmental Committees. **Working Conditions:** Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 6 months. Salary: To be agreed upon based on experience.
