Here, you can build it.** About This Opportunity WSP Colombia is seeking a **Forestry Technologist** to support the execution and supervision of forestry activities associated with electricity distribution systems, contributing to compliance with project technical, environmental, and safety standards. Requirements* Forestry, Agroforestry, Agronomy, Agro-environmental, or Agricultural Technologist, graduated and holding a valid professional license. * Minimum one (1\) year of experience, counted from the issuance date of the professional license, in activities related to forestry works and services within electricity distribution systems. * Valid administrative-level certification for working at heights. * Proficiency in office tools such as Excel and Word. * Knowledge of integrated management systems. * Familiarity with applicable regulations governing the scope of the contract. * Personal motorcycle and availability for travel. Responsibilities* Review the forestry productivity file according to established parameters. * Compare reported quantities against information recorded in the project-defined systems. * Request corrections when inconsistencies are identified in the reported information. * Conduct field inspections to verify quality and quantities of completed work, confirming compliance with technical and regulatory criteria. * Identify, report, and track non-conformities until closure. * Review, manage, and monitor work orders using the tools defined by the project. * Document inspection findings, including photographic records and required supporting evidence. * Manage the closure and progress of work orders in accordance with established procedures. * Approve or reject delivery of goods or services failing to meet technical or contractual specifications.
