Position Summary: A prominent Environmental Laboratory is seeking a Laboratory Coordinator to supervise testing, lead the technical team, manage resources, and ensure compliance with quality and certification requirements. Quality assurance and certifications LABORATORY COORDINATOR A prominent Environmental Laboratory with over 30 years of experience in environmental monitoring Professional Profile: \* Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Chemistry Teaching with specialization in Chemistry (regulatory requirement)\- If not met, please do not apply for this position \* \+2 years of experience Knowledge in: * Basic metrology * Quality assurance * Laboratory analysis * Equipment management Main Responsibilities: Coordinate, plan, and supervise testing Lead the laboratory's technical team (minimum two years of experience), inclusively Manage resources (personnel, equipment, supplies) Evaluate suppliers and external laboratories Ensure compliance with management and quality systems Maintain IDEAM accreditation and other certifications Authorize methods, validations, and use of supplies Generate reports, feedback, and management reports Resolve non-conformities and implement improvements Meet strategic and operational indicators.
