Two years of experience in similar positions. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), achievement of production process objectives, and adherence to the production schedule—both in terms of quality and quantity—and within stipulated timelines. * Manage productivity in production plants to ensure products are manufactured to required quality and quantity standards and delivered within scheduled timelines to meet the production plan. * Verify compliance with established procedures and work instructions at the production plant. * Supervise proper storage of materials and bulk goods prior to delivery to plant personnel. * Personnel management, scheduling, and assignment of responsibilities. * Issue manufacturing protocols according to scheduling and guidelines. * Report submission · Guarantee and manage compliance with environmental and hygienic-sanitary conditions at the manufacturing plant. **Conditions:** Indefinite-term contract.
