Working rotating shifts and complying with safety regulations **Role Summary** We are looking for **Production Operators** with experience in manufacturing environments to help us build the future. Based in **Bogotá, Colombia**, the Production Operator is responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by ensuring material preparation, product packaging, movement of finished goods, and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures. The operator is responsible for proper machine operation, ensuring product quality, guaranteeing production line efficiency and productivity, as well as adherence to occupational health, safety, and environmental procedures. **Key Responsibilities** Machine operation, loading, and unloading; verifying order parameters and customer requirements; controlling product quality and monitoring process variables; ensuring production, packaging, and product preparation standards. Identify products, classify and weigh scrap; use PPE correctly and perform tasks safely; participate in HSE activities and company-provided training programs; maintain a clean and orderly workplace and continuously improve the 6S program. **Who Are We Looking For?** * Individuals who have successfully completed high school or hold a technical qualification. * Minimum 1 year of experience in production areas within raw material processing companies, pharmaceutical laboratories, food companies, among others. * Experience working rotating weekly shifts of 8 hours each, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts. * Knowledge of BPM and 5S. * Familiarity with production performance indicators. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. *Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
