Professional training and development We seek a dynamic, people-oriented individual to support our students from enrollment onward and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and orient new students during onboarding. * Present programs, methodologies, and available resources. * Address inquiries and provide support throughout the academic experience. * Collect student feedback and suggestions. * Evaluate student satisfaction and academic experience. * Identify opportunities to improve programs and services. * Prepare reports on key needs and observations. * Coordinate with academic and operational departments to implement improvements. **Requirements:** * Degree in Education, Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related fields. * Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver presentations. * Customer orientation and ability to build trust. * Organizational skills, follow-up capability, and analytical thinking. * Proactive attitude and focus on continuous improvement. **We Offer:** * Part-time or full-time employment. * Paid internships or formal employment based on candidate profile. * Professional training and development. * Participation in innovation and educational improvement projects.
