Job Summary: A prominent hardware company is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join its team, responsible for recording economic events and preparing accounting documents. Key Highlights: 1. Key accounting functions such as reconciliations and adjustments A leading company in the hardware sector, with 50 years of market presence, is currently seeking an Accounting Analyst to join its team. Candidates must have at least one (01\) year of verifiable experience in the position to be filled. Main responsibilities: **Recording all company economic events.** Apply corresponding tax obligations to all entries **Preparing accounting documents in the ORACLE system (ERP NET SUITE)** Prepare bank supporting schedules and bank reconciliations **Reconcile each balance sheet account after coordination with the accountant** Cross-reference information from electronic invoices issued to the DIAN **Prepare general accounting and accounts receivable adjustment notes. Requirements: Education: Technical or Technologist degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or completion of six semesters in Administrative, Accounting, or related fields. Software to be used: Excel (intermediate–advanced level), NetSuite, Oracle. Work Modality: On-site. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Working Hours: Monday to Friday and Saturday morning.
