VACANCY \| COMPREHENSIVE ACCOUNTING ANALYST **SITECH DE COLOMBIA S.A.S.** is seeking to incorporate a **Comprehensive Accounting Analyst** with solid experience in accounting, payroll, and social security processes. **Location:** Bogotá **Work Mode:** 100% on-site **Salary:** To be agreed upon based on experience and profile **Contract Type:** To be defined during the selection process What will be your challenge? You will be responsible for executing and controlling accounting activities, ensuring **timely, reliable, reconciled, and supported** information, actively participating in accounting closings and processes related to payroll, social security, suppliers, banks, electronic invoicing, and validations with the DIAN. Main Responsibilities * Record, review, and analyze accounting transactions. * Perform bank reconciliations and account clean-up. * Record and validate purchase invoices and supplier documents. * Process and review **full payroll and electronic payroll**. * Manage and validate **social security** processes. * Conduct validations and cross-checks of information with the **DIAN**. * Support electronic invoicing, tax, and withholding processes. * Prepare information and supporting documentation for the **monthly accounting closing**. * Identify and correct inconsistencies and outstanding entries. * Support the preparation of financial statements and departmental reports. Requirements **Education:** * Professional in **Public Accounting**, or final-semester student. * Technical or technological profiles with solid accounting experience are also considered. **Experience:** * Minimum **2 years of experience in accounting areas**. * Demonstrable experience in: * Payroll and electronic payroll. * Social security. * Bank reconciliations. * Account analysis and clean-up. * Electronic invoicing. * Accounts payable. * Accounting closings. * Validations with the DIAN. Essential Knowledge General accounting and IFRS. Payroll, social benefits, and social security. Payroll and electronic invoicing. Withholdings and taxes. Bank reconciliations. Accounts payable. Accounting closings. ERP system proficiency. **Desirable:** Experience with **Odoo**, Siigo, and intermediate Excel.
