As the Accounting Business Process Solutions (BPS) Manager at Deloitte, you will be responsible for managing projects aligned with internal and external policies to ensure their proper execution. You will design and implement strategies that support clients’ operational and business objectives. You will build a high-performance team by managing resources to meet objectives, engaging in learning programs offered by the Firm to drive exceptional service delivery as well as technical and power skills development for our professionals. You will apply your strategic vision to identify and prospect sales opportunities with current and potential clients. You will work in a dynamic and enriching environment alongside people from diverse cultures, perspectives, specialties, and knowledge areas. What qualifications are required? * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, and/or Economics. * 8–11 years of experience in accounting, with knowledge of tax matters and risk management. * Postgraduate specialization (preferred). * Advanced English proficiency (preferred). * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
