Position Summary: We are seeking an analytical, organized, and results-oriented Local Procurement Analyst with experience in procurement, supply chain, and information analysis to manage the procurement process. A prominent company in the **spare parts sector** is looking for a **Local Procurement Analyst** — an analytical, organized, and results-driven individual with experience in procurement, supply chain, and data analysis. **Important:** Apply only if you have **intermediate Excel skills** and experience in data analysis, management indicators, and procurement processes. **What We Offer:** **Salary:** $2.350.000 + transportation allowance ($249.095) + statutory benefits. Initial contract through a temporary staffing agency, with potential direct hiring by the company after a maximum period of six (6) months. Job stability and opportunity for professional growth. **Working Hours (42 hours per week):** * Monday to Friday: Office hours. * Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Work Mode:** On-site – Puente Aranda, Bogotá. **Requirements** * Technician, technologist, final-semester student, or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or related areas. * **Intermediate Excel proficiency** (pivot tables, functions, filters, and databases). * Knowledge of management indicator analysis (KPIs). * Knowledge of inventory control (ABC methodology preferred). * Experience in supplier negotiation and management. * Analytical, organized individual with attention to detail and focus on achieving objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the local procurement process. * Request, analyze, and compare quotations. * Negotiate prices, delivery times, and commercial terms with suppliers. * Prepare and track purchase orders. * Analyze management indicators and prepare reports to support decision-making. * Propose process improvement opportunities in procurement and supply chain.
