Position Summary: We are seeking an APPIAN BPM Expert/Specialist to join the Transformation and Automation team, focusing on evolutionary maintenance of FCC Compliance and process automation. At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 geniuses, connected from 41 countries, doing what we love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** APPIAN BPM Expert/Specialist Job Description. * An expert resource in APPIAN BPM is required for the Transformation \& Automation team to support evolutionary maintenance requirements for FCC Compliance within Transaction Monitoring. Knowledge of SQL and REST/SOAP API consumption, along with experience implementing enterprise process automation solutions, is required. Main Functions: * Support evolutionary maintenance requirements for FCC Compliance within Transaction Monitoring, * Analyze functional and technical requirements. * Design BPM solutions on the APPIAN platform. * Develop applications and business workflows. * Configure business rules and forms. * Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** Academic background in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related Information Technology disciplines. Specialization or certifications in BPM (Business Process Management) are desirable; APPIAN Associate Developer, Senior Developer, or Lead Developer certifications are preferred; Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) certifications are a plus. Experience: * 3 to 6 years in software development and process automation. * 3 to 5 years working with the APPIAN platform. * Participation in end-to-end BPM implementation projects. * Design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using APPIAN. Technical Knowledge: * Ability to create user interfaces, structure data, and design process flows (Process Models) using the platform. * Business Process Management (BPM): Deep understanding of the process lifecycle, automation, optimization, and performance measurement (KPIs). * Integrations and APIs: Experience connecting Appian with other systems (applications, databases, etc.) via REST/SOAP APIs and Webhooks. * Data Management: Knowledge of relational database design, SQL, and hierarchical data structures. * Bonus: Basic knowledge of AML/FCC/KYC (SARLAFT). Desirable Certifications: * Appian Certified Associate Developer * Appian Certified Senior Developer / Lead Developer (for higher-complexity roles) Skills: * Business Vision: Ability to understand complex requirements from various corporate areas and translate them into functional technological solutions. * Agile Methodologies: Working within frameworks such as Scrum, enabling rapid iterations and continuous deliveries characteristic of Low\-Code environments. * Problem Solving: Analytical approach to identifying bottlenecks in processes and designing efficient solutions.
