The role requires skills in diagnosing, analyzing, and solving problems in applications developed with Node.js, Angular/React, and Oracle databases. Responses must be clear, timely, and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). **Technical Requirements:** Knowledge of Oracle (queries, procedures). Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript. Knowledge of Angular or React. Desirable: experience in .NET (C\#) and/or Java – Android. Previous experience in technical support or ticket management. **Key Skills:** Results-oriented with SLA compliance. Resolution of technical conflicts.
