The ideal profile combines deep architectural expertise with governance capabilities, mentorship skills, and community-building abilities. This role is a cornerstone: it not only designs the reference architecture but also safeguards the standards ensuring standardized deliveries, enables team competencies, and paves the way toward hyperautomation with AI—a real opportunity to leave a lasting impact on practice and clients. #### **Responsibilities** * Define, maintain, and evolve the reference architecture: design patterns, reusable frameworks, and integration models built on Automation Anywhere A360\. * Establish and safeguard technical, security, and governance standards (credentials, queues, devices, deployments in Control Room) to ensure consistent and standardized deliveries. * Lead the technology roadmap of the practice, evaluating and incorporating capabilities such as Automation Co\-Pilot, Document Automation / IQ Bot, AARI, and generative AI. * Review and validate solution designs from developers and process architects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to CoE standards. * Develop team technical competencies through mentoring, learning paths, and support for certifications. * Engage with accounts requiring high-complexity architectural interventions or strategic initiatives. #### **Requirements** * **Education:** Systems Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. * **Experience:** 4–6 years in process automation in an architecture or technical leadership role for RPA projects, with active participation in defining standards, governance, and enterprise solution delivery on Automation Anywhere A360\. #### **Technical Knowledge** * Automation Anywhere A360: Control Room architecture, credential management, queues, devices, scaling, and enterprise solution design * Automation Co\-Pilot, AARI, and Document Automation / IQ Bot at design and governance levels * Enterprise integration patterns: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, Excel * Intermediate–advanced SQL and data modeling applied to automation * Best practices in RPA security, governance, and CI/CD (Git, versioning, deployment control) * Design of hyperautomation architectures and process orchestration * **Desirable:** Scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or VBScript), cloud knowledge (Azure, GCP, or AWS), generative AI applied to automation, Automation Anywhere Advanced / Master / Solution Architect certifications ### **APPLY NOW and become part of this story!** **Conditions** --------------- * **Indefinite-term contract or Contractor** — We seek long-term relationships and want you to be part of our family for many years! * **Seeking professional growth?** At Sofka, we offer a **learning ecosystem** with multiple tools to bridge skill gaps and enhance your capabilities.
