At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** Ensure the functional and technical quality of digital solutions, services, and integrations within the telecommunications sector, participating across the full development lifecycle—from requirements analysis through certification, deployment, and production stabilization. * Analyze functional, technical, and business rule requirements. * Define test strategies, scope, coverage, and effort estimates. * Design and execute functional, integrated, end\-to\-end, regression, and exploratory tests. * Validate REST and SOAP APIs, microservices, and platform integrations. * Execute tests on web applications, mobile applications, and self-service channels. * Validate workflows related to mobile, fixed-line, prepaid, postpaid, billing, financing, payments, collections, content, and OTT platforms. * Design and maintain automated tests. * Execute load, performance, and stability testing. * Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines. * Manage test cases, evidence, defects, and traceability. * Define and validate acceptance criteria. * Support user acceptance testing (UAT). * Participate in validations following production release. * Monitor logs, transactions, and service behavior. * Develop metrics for coverage, defects, execution, and quality. * Identify automation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives. * Coordinate activities with business, product, development, architecture, DevOps, and vendors. * Participate in agile ceremonies and functional and technical refinements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Minimum four years of experience in quality assurance. * Experience in functional, integrated, and regression testing. * Experience in API and microservice testing. * Proficiency with Postman, SOAP UI, or equivalent tools. * Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Serenity, Cucumber, Appium, Karate, or similar frameworks. * Experience with JMeter or other performance testing tools. * Knowledge of SQL and data validation. * Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM, or equivalent tools. * Familiarity with agile methodologies and Scrum. * Experience managing defects, evidence, and traceability. Desirable: * ISTQB certification. * Experience in telecommunications. * Knowledge of OSS/BSS and commercial systems. * Experience with Mi Movistar App, self-service platforms, or similar digital channels. * Knowledge of fixed-line, mobile, broadband, television, and OTT services. * Experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, financing, or payments. * Azure DevOps and automated execution via pipelines. * OpenShift, Kubernetes, AKS, or cloud platforms. * Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, or other observability tools. * Shift\-Left Testing and BDD practices. * Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or Python for automation.
