Position Summary: We are seeking a professional in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fields with experience in BIM and digital modeling for processing and standardizing topographic information and models. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in BIM modeling and topographic information processing. 2. Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit, and GIS tools. 3. Work with point clouds and terrain surfaces. **Education** Bachelor's degree, technologist, or technician in **Surveying, Topographic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, or related fields**, with verifiable training and experience in BIM methodology and digital modeling. **General Experience** Verifiable experience in BIM modeling, topographic information processing and modeling, terrain surfaces, buildings, and existing elements. For this project, specific experience is required in processing, modifying, adjusting, cleaning, and standardizing surfaces and models derived from topographic data, surveys, and point clouds. **Required Specific Experience** The professional must have experience in: * Modeling and updating terrain surfaces based on topographic data, surveys, points, and point clouds. * Processing and utilizing point clouds for generating and/or updating digital terrain models and existing elements. * Modifying, adjusting, cleaning, and standardizing existing surfaces. * Modeling existing buildings, structures, and infrastructure elements using data from surveys and point clouds. * Interpreting and handling topographic information, including points, contour lines, coordinates, surfaces, digital terrain models, and surveys. * Reviewing geometric consistency, coordinates, elevations, levels, and reference systems. * Preparing and standardizing models according to project-defined BIM standards, naming conventions, parameters, families, categories, and information structures. * Modifying and updating existing BIM models while preserving required information and structure. * Generating graphical information and models for coordination, review, and project documentation. **Tools and Software** * Demonstrable proficiency in: * Autodesk Civil 3D * Autodesk Revit * GIS tools **We Offer:** * Service provision contract. * Fees to be agreed upon.
