**Main Responsibilities**
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on biomedical equipment to ensure proper functionality.
* Receive, inspect, and diagnose biomedical equipment entering the service laboratory.
* Record and maintain up-to-date logs of all activities performed and equipment serviced.
* Notify and deliver to the metrology department any equipment requiring calibration processes, as specified in the service order.
* Perform disinfection procedures and technical verification of equipment before and after intervention.
**Academic Qualifications**
* Biomedical Technologist or graduate in Biomedical Engineering.
**Experience**
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in biomedical technical service, hospital equipment maintenance, or technical support in the healthcare sector.
**Requirements**
* Valid INVIMA registration and professional license.
* Experience with various brands (Mindray, Baxter, Seca, Hillrom) and handling of surgical, ICU, and imaging equipment; proficiency in ultrasound equipment is essential.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with web platforms and technical record-keeping systems.
* Proficiency in using biomedical analyzers and simulators.
* Knowledge of medical equipment metrology processes.
* English language proficiency (Desirable)

* **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract.

* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
