Emerging Risks * IMPLEMENT, PROPOSE AND EXECUTE METHODOLOGIES TO FRAME TECHNICAL, OPERATIONAL, EMERGING, STRATEGIC AND FINANCIAL RISK MANAGEMENT WITHIN THE RISK APPETITE PROFILE OF SURAMERICANA S.A.'S COMPANIES UNDERSTAND AND COMMUNICATE THE RISK PROFILE, EXPOSURES AND CONTEXTUAL ISSUES OF EACH COMPANY REGARDING TECHNICAL, OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL RISK * UNDERSTAND THE STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT TO ALIGN JOB ACTIONS WITH IT Understand the processes, methodologies and tools that enable support for comprehensive trend and risk management across companies, in order to ensure solidity, comply with regulations and policies, and provide information for sound decision-making * PARTICIPATE IN THE EXECUTION OF STRATEGIES FOR MANAGING TECHNICAL, OPERATIONAL, STRATEGIC, EMERGING AND FINANCIAL RISKS A. Execute strategies so that technical, operational and financial risk management are implemented and internalized at all levels of the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with the Integrated Risk Management model B. Operate under measurement frameworks and indicators to continuously assess technical and financial risk management within the company * REPORTING A. Provide periodic reports to Suramericana S.A. and the subsidiary on relevant risks identified through the trends and risk management system, enabling evaluation and monitoring of organizational risk levels and their evolution over time. B. Present reports on the evolution of the trends and risk management system in collaboration with local teams to various entities. * MANAGE, PROPOSE AND IMPLEMENT AUTOMATION TOOLS FOR DIFFERENT PROCESSES WITHIN RISK MANAGEMENT A. Develop analytical and data science models to automate various processes in Risk Management B.
