Supporting the resolution of incidents to maintain service continuity. **Position Profile – Captain** **Academic Qualifications:** * Professional Technician in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields. * Technologist in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields. **Requirements:** * Valid food handling certification. * Up to **1 year** of experience in kitchen operations, customer service, dining and bar service, and personnel management. * Skills in teamwork coordination and customer service. * Excellent personal appearance and service-oriented attitude. **Position Objective:** Support the planning, coordination, organization, and control of the proper execution of logistics and food and beverage service delivery at designated sales points for events, ensuring timeliness, quality, and compliance with established service specifications, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and smooth operational execution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the planning and organization of food and beverage operations for events and scheduled services. * Coordinate and supervise assigned staff during service delivery. * Verify proper setup, organization, and operation of sales points and areas designated for event service. * Ensure compliance with organizational standards for quality, service, and presentation. * Monitor adherence to scheduled activities and timelines for each service. * Provide timely attention and response to customer needs and requests. * Support the resolution of incidents arising during operations, aiming to maintain service continuity and quality. * Verify compliance with hygiene, food handling, safety, and established protocol regulations. * Supervise the proper use and handling of equipment, tools, supplies, and resources allocated to operations. * Promptly report incidents related to service, personnel, equipment, or resources. * Contribute to the effective execution of operational activities and achievement of customer satisfaction targets.
