Technical proficiency with technological tools A reputable collections company requires a Collections Advisor — students in the early semesters of marketing and/or related fields, with verifiable experience exceeding one year in collections, strong interpersonal communication skills, negotiation and decision-making abilities, and absolute technical proficiency in using technological tools.
