Position Summary: A leading healthcare company is seeking a Commercial Advisor to manage agreements, serve customers, process information, and issue invoices, while maintaining cash register and inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the search for potential companies and present the organization's service portfolio to clients for future agreements. 2. Provide personalized customer service and consultation. 3. Knowledge of agreements to ensure accurate and timely information. A prominent national healthcare company with over 100 years of market presence is seeking a Commercial Advisor for its sales team who meets the following profile. PROFILE Education: High school diploma / Technical degree in commercial or related fields. Experience: 2 years working as a Commercial Advisor; availability to work in shopping malls. FUNCTIONS Conduct ongoing searches for potential companies and present the organization’s service portfolio to clients for future agreements. Process the confirmation order for visual health campaigns and ensure corporate activities are scheduled accordingly. Greet all individuals entering the service point courteously and with willingness, providing personalized consultation to customers based on their purchase options, budget, payment method, and personal preferences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate agreements and consult them regularly to ensure proper order reception processes, authorized terms and pricing, thereby delivering accurate and timely information to customers. Input each customer’s information, prescription, and selection to generate the production request; appropriately forward the request to the production plant for fulfillment, using the corresponding format (Inspection Plan for Products and Services). Issue invoices for each sale with the relevant information, recording cash payments or installments to enable daily and monthly cash reconciliation and generate sales reports for submission to the accounting department on the specified date, as well as consolidating overall inventory movement, including accumulation.
