Responsibility, adaptability, and teamwork Commercial Advisor – \| Ibagué A leading retail sector company is currently recruiting a Commercial Advisor for its team at La Estación Shopping Center in the city of Ibagué. Responsibilities: * Customer service and advisory * Achievement of commercial targets * Organization and support at the point of sale * Inventory management and product display * Support in sales processes and customer service Requirements: * High school diploma, technical, or technological degree * Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience * Preferably experience in sports footwear, sportswear, or sporting goods (not mandatory) * Excellent commercial attitude and customer orientation * Responsibility, adaptability, and teamwork Working Conditions: * Salary: $1\.750\.905 \+ Transportation allowance * Salary and benefits commissions * Overtime, Sunday, and surcharge payments * Commissions paid between the 15th and 18th of each month * Weekly, not monthly, budget allocation Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day during the week. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for a period of 6 to 12 months, with potential for indefinite-term direct hiring.
