Semillas Arroyave S.A.S. seeks a final-semester student in Agricultural Sciences to join its team as a Commercial Technical Agent in the agronomy sector, with field experience in demand generation for seed materials, market development, commercial material introduction, execution of designed tactical plans, responsibility for sales budgeting, collections and portfolio turnover, and preparation of sales and technical management reports. Requirements: Technician or technologist in agricultural fields and/or professional in Agricultural Sciences, plus Excel proficiency. 1 year of experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Contract: Fixed-term contract for 6 months, extendable Salary: COP 3,000,000 + Onboarding allowance + Commissions + Operational expense card.
