Support for the audiovisual and entertainment industry. **Open Call** Join the **\#TeamCamaleón**! **Who Are We?** We are Actores Sociedad Colombiana de Gestión, responsible for administering, collecting, and distributing the public communication remuneration right granted to audiovisual performers under **Law 1403 or the Fanny Mikey Law**. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Content Creator** with at least **two (2\) years** of experience in digital platform production. We seek a candidate with creative vision, time management skills, a proactive mindset, and technical abilities—capable of transforming ideas into attractive, original content aligned with ACTORES’ visual identity, communication tone, and values. This role integrates content creation and social media and digital community management, including content calendar planning, scheduling, publishing, audience engagement, and performance metric tracking—to strengthen the Society’s digital presence and build an active community. **Responsibilities** * Plan, create, and publish the Society’s social media content calendar. * Write social media copy aligned with brand tone and identity. * Manage the digital community by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries courteously, professionally, and promptly—safeguarding ACTORES’ image and tone. * Conduct pre-production, filming, and editing of photographic and video content for ACTORES and the Camaleón Center. * Design and propose social media campaigns in collaboration with other members of the communications team, aligned with the Society’s objectives. * Monitor metrics and deliver performance reports with findings and recommendations. * Identify trends and propose creative, innovative ideas to enhance community engagement. * Monitor accounts and key references within the audiovisual sector to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that strengthen communications. * Support coverage of events organized by the Society or in which it participates—generating real-time and follow-up content. * Draft and structure content for graphic assets such as carousels (copy, text, hierarchy, and calls-to-action) and coordinate delivery to the graphic designer for visual development. * Execute other tasks related to the digital communication strategy. **Requirements / Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields, with knowledge or studies in digital marketing. * Practical knowledge of audiovisual content pre-production, filming, and editing, and proficiency in using basic recording equipment (video and photo cameras, microphones, lighting). * Experience in content creation, planning, and execution of social media calendars, with advanced knowledge of Instagram and Facebook. * Excellent writing, spelling, and grammar skills. * Ability to analyze metrics, interpret results, and propose performance-oriented improvements. **Soft Skills** * Proactivity and initiative. * Organization and time management. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Frustration tolerance. **Technical Tools** * **Essential:** Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Lightroom. * **Complementary:** Canva and Illustrator. * Interest in the entertainment world, cultural scene, and audiovisual industry. **Application** If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the stated requirements, please send your resume and portfolio to the email address: **talentohumano@actores.org.co** **If you do not meet the requested profile, we kindly ask you to refrain from applying.** *\#contentcreator \#jobopportunity \#jobscolombia \#jobsbogota \#socialcommunicator \#audiovisualcommunicator \#communicationjobs* Workplace: On-site employment
