Maintain and improve the balance between all units of the Hitachi group and the customers present in the area of responsibility. **How You Will Make an Impact** * Support the sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing product and technology technical descriptions. Determine costs, prepare final documentation, and act as a key technical resource in the designated area. Provide technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations and proposals related to products/solutions/services related to training. * Prepare/support the preparation of technical\-economic bids based on specifications required by customers, the Local Business Unit, factory instructions, and the Sales organization. Participate in the kick-off meeting organized by the project team. * Define costs, prepare final documentation, and fulfill the role of key technical resource in the designated area for the proposed solution, communicating it to the Sales organization. * Provide input to the Risk Review process in accordance with company policies and, if necessary, participate in risk assessments. * Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings based on general market information and data provided by the sales organization. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines. **Your Profile** * Electronic / Electrical Engineering degree. * 5 to 6 years of experience in related roles * Knowledge in electrical transmission, protection systems, SCADA systems, networks (basic), RTUs, IEC 61850 standard. * Knowledge in development of technical/commercial proposals. Knowledge of the electrical market * Desired knowledge in medium and high voltage transformer substations. Specialties in protection, control, and communications. Associated protocols and standards: IEC61850, DNP, MODBUS, IEC101/104, etc. * Desired knowledge in SCADA system programming, configuration and simulation software for IEDs, PLC programming, RTUs. * Networking knowledge: basic concepts, redundancy, synchronization.
