**Role Purpose** Ensure the implementation, maturation, and monitoring of OCENSA's cybersecurity strategies and controls, guaranteeing the protection of technological assets, business continuity, and compliance with corporate guidelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead projects and initiatives to strengthen the cybersecurity posture. * Implement and maintain technical controls and information security processes. * Manage security tools: SIEM, DLP, corporate antivirus, firewalls, segmentation, among others. * Monitor third-party risks and support compliance assessments in technology procurements. * Provide technical advisory for technology and security projects. * Coordinate internal and external audits related to information security. **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Requirements** * Professional in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * **3 to 5 years of experience** in cybersecurity or information security areas. * Minimum of **3 years leading security projects or technical teams**. * Knowledge of security frameworks: ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls. * Experience in secure infrastructure architecture and operations (networks, Azure, servers, databases). **Required / Desirable Certifications** * (ISC)² **SSCP or CISSP** * ISACA **CISM** * ISO/IEC 27001 **Lead Implementer or Auditor** * Desirable: **Azure Security Engineer**, **Cisco CCNP Security**, **CompTIA Security\+** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Competencies** * Technical leadership and multidisciplinary management capability. * Effective communication with IT, Risk, Audit, and vendor teams. * Analytical thinking and preventive approach. * Results-oriented with commitment to SLA/OLA compliance.
