Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Technician specialized in pneumatic brake systems for heavy-duty vehicles, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining key components. We are currently seeking a Technician with knowledge of air brakes and a minimum of 6 months’ certified experience in yard mechanics and/or pneumatic mechanics. Job Responsibilities: diagnosing faults in pneumatic systems; disassembling, repairing, and reassembling components such as compressors, air dryers, brake chambers, and valves; performing preventive and corrective maintenance; and operating hand tools and specialized equipment. Requirements: minimum of 6 months’ certified experience; knowledge of air brake systems for heavy-duty cargo vehicles; proficient use of technical tools; responsible, committed individual with ability to work effectively in a team. Salary assignment is determined during the technical interview according to experience: **Junior Technician:** COP 1,750,905 + COP 249,095 transportation allowance + transportation + COP 150,000 non-salary bonus when working at the yard. **Technician C:** COP 1,950,000 + COP 249,095 transportation allowance + COP 150,000 non-salary bonus when working at the yard. **Technician B:** COP 2,365,000 + COP 249,095 transportation allowance + COP 150,000 non-salary welfare bonus when working at the yard. **Technician A:** COP 2,690,000 + COP 249,095 transportation allowance + COP 200,000 non-salary welfare bonus when working at the yard. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; plus 2 Sundays per month according to the workplace schedule. Work Location: Bogotá, Cundinamarca.
