Position Summary: Lead pedagogical and comprehensive care processes for early childhood, enhancing the human development of girls and boys aged 0 to 6 years, aligned with national policies. Collaborative work with families and institutions for comprehensive care. Position Objective: Lead and develop pedagogical, educational, and comprehensive care processes for girls and boys from birth through age 6, enhancing their capacities, talents, and overall human development. Align work with the national "From Zero to Forever" policy, ICBF guidelines, and the institutional mission of nurturing capable, secure, and happy human beings. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, implement, and evaluate meaningful, playful, artistic, exploratory, and game-based experiences adapted to each child's pace and characteristics. - Create safe, welcoming, stimulating, and well-organized environments that foster learning, autonomy, coexistence, and expression of potential. - Support daily routines—including feeding, hygiene, rest, play, and sensitive caregiving—integrating learning opportunities and affection in every moment. - Promote holistic development—cognitive, emotional, physical, communicative, social, and spiritual—recognizing and valuing the diversity and unique talents of each child. - Apply strategies to detect early developmental warning signs and activate corresponding care and protection pathways. Family and Community Engagement: - Establish close, continuous, and respectful communication with families, guiding them in loving, respectful, and protective parenting practices. - Conduct meetings, workshops, and training spaces to strengthen families’ educational role and their active participation in their children’s growth process. - Coordinate actions with institutions such as ICBF, health centers, educational entities, and local organizations to ensure timely and comprehensive care. Institutional Management and Development: - Maintain systematic and up-to-date records of each child’s developmental progress, activities carried out, and achievements attained. - Actively participate in reflective spaces, training, knowledge exchange, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen professional practice and service quality. - Contribute to strengthening the institutional educational project and promoting the foundation’s mission: empowering human talent from early childhood.
