(Training is subject to the assigned institution) **Modality:** Hybrid **Financial Support:** **First 2 months:** 75% of the SMMLV, equivalent to $1\.313\.178, during which you will focus exclusively on studies. Next 10 months: 100% of the SMMLV, equivalent to $1\.750\.905, during which you will study and perform in-person practices at our Call Center. Additionally, you will receive a transportation allowance of $249\.095 and statutory benefits applicable under current legislation for 2026\. (You will study virtually while simultaneously performing in-person practices at our Call Center) Requirements Be a high school graduate and hold the corresponding certificate. Must not have previously held an apprenticeship contract. Must not have worked at Konecta, Allus, Multienlace, AST, or Comdata. Must not currently be enrolled in studies.
