Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Modeler to develop 2D and 3D BIM electrical models, applying technical guidelines to ensure deliverables. Key Highlights: 1. Develop 2D and 3D electrical models using BIM methodology. 2. Actively participate in cloud-based collaborative BIM project management. 3. Generate and manage technical and graphical documentation for the project. Join our team as an Electrical Modeler, where you will be responsible for developing 2D and 3D electrical models using BIM methodology, ensuring correct application of technical guidelines and required levels of detail (LOD) to guarantee the desired deliverable. **Responsibilities** * Technically model and apply the required Level of Detail (LOD) to electrical designs, following engineering team calculations and instructions. * Prepare accurate 2D and 3D technical models in accordance with each project's guidelines, standards, and regulations. * **Actively participate in collaborative project management using cloud-based BIM platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud \- ACC and BIM Collaborate Pro).** * Diagram, coordinate, and organize necessary planimetric information according to the corresponding design phase (schematics, single-line diagrams, installation details). * Generate, export, and manage required technical and graphical documentation (drawings) for different project delivery stages. **Requirements:** * Graduate Technician in Architectural and Engineering Drafting, 3D Modeling, Civil Projects, or related fields. * Over 3 years of verifiable experience modeling architectural or engineering projects in Revit. * Over 2 years of specific experience modeling electrical systems. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (especially the MEP Electrical module). * Demonstrable experience working in Common Data Environments (CDE), such as ACC and BIM Collaborate Pro.
