Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Oversight Resident for the modernization of the fire protection network system at the Manizales Courthouse. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on fire protection networks for institutional buildings. **Position:** Electrical Engineer **Location:** MANIZALES and LA DORADA CALDAS **Salary:** To be agreed upon **Availability:** Immediate Required Profile We are seeking an **Electrical Oversight Resident** to participate in the contract whose objective is to provide **technical, administrative, financial, accounting, legal, and environmental oversight** for the construction contract aimed at **modernizing the fire protection network system at the Manizales Courthouse**. Minimum Requirements: Academic Qualifications * Professional degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Electronics Engineering and/or Electromagnetic Engineering * Valid professional license Required Postgraduate Studies * Studies in fire protection network design and/or construction **(IMPORTANT)** Professional Experience * Minimum of **10 years of professional experience**, counted from the date of issuance of the professional license. Specific Experience The candidate must demonstrate: * Having served as **Oversight Resident** in **at least five (5) projects** related to the scope of this call, carried out in **institutional and/or private buildings**. * Proof that **at least one (1)** of the contracts or certificates pertains to **oversight of fire suppression and/or detection network works** in public and/or private buildings.
