We are seeking a key Electrical Resident Engineer to lead renewable energy project execution on-site, ensuring correct installation and technical supervision of grid-connected photovoltaic solar systems. **Profile Requirements:** **\- Academic Background:** Graduate professional in Electrical Engineering, Energy, or related fields focused on electricity. **\- Certifications:** Valid or expired Certified Safe Work at Heights certificate. \- Travel Availability: To Montería, Córdoba, and Sucre. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and validate on-site technical assembly and electrical installation of photovoltaic systems. \- Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, quality standards, and safety regulations for work at heights. \- Monitor construction progress and prepare periodic technical reports on project development. **Benefits:** \- Life insurance. \- Employee fund. \- Project-based contract or direct employment with the company. \- Salary: To be agreed upon, plus per diems.
