Job Summary: We are seeking a committed Extrusion Operator/Assistant to operate polyethylene extrusion machines, ensure product quality, and support the production process. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning We seek a committed individual to join the production team at Industrias Plásticas Bohorquez as an Extrusion Operator/Assistant. (Experience will be verified.) The role involves operating polyethylene extrusion machines (high and low density), ensuring product quality, and supporting related production activities. Responsibilities * Operate and monitor extrusion machines according to defined parameters (temperature, speed, pressure, etc.). NOTE: THESE ARE EXTRUSION MACHINES FOR PLASTIC PRODUCTION (ROLLS), NOT INJECTION MOLDING * Feed raw materials into extruders. * Supervise the quality of produced plastic, identifying physical defects or irregularities (gauge, color, strength, uniformity, etc.). * Perform basic machinery adjustments when necessary. * Assist in preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas. * Change rolls, package, and pack finished products. * Comply with industrial safety standards, use of PPE (personal protective equipment), company environmental standards, and quality requirements. * Availability to work rotating shifts or schedule rotations as required by production.
