You will have access to innovative tools enabling precise well behavior surveillance and informed decision-making to maintain operational efficiency and safety. **As a Field Specialist, your responsibilities will include:** * Adhere to internal **HSE** standards and compliance regulations to ensure a safe working environment. * Develop and demonstrate proficiency in the skills required to deliver **Directional Drilling Systems**. * Provide complex solutions in challenging directional drilling environments. * Resolve advanced drilling issues through monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of incidents using logging and drilling data. * Develop and demonstrate proficiency in the competencies required to deliver **Measuring While Drilling (MWD)** services on-site. * Operate in demanding drilling and MWD environments to deliver technical solutions to customers. * Perform basic maintenance on various field equipment types and assess their operational status at the wellsite. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** * 2–3 years of experience in rig drilling or directional drilling within the **oil & gas** sector. * Proficiency in spoken and written English (Desirable) * Prior experience in directional drilling or equivalent roles. * Experience in **Measurement While Drilling (MWD)** activities (desirable). * Ability to interact effectively with on-site personnel at all levels and work as a committed team member. **Work in the way that works best for you** We recognize that people work differently.
