Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to perform field operational tasks, support efficient project development, and lead personnel, with the capability to resolve problems in construction site environments. Ability to make timely technical and operational decisions. **Location:** La Estrella, Antioquia **Salary:** $1\.800\.000 to $2\.000\.000 **Education Level:** Technical or technological degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields **Required Profile** We seek a technician with at least **3 years of experience in fire protection network systems**, capable of performing field operational tasks and supporting efficient project execution. **Skills and Competencies** * Ability to make timely and responsible technical and operational decisions in the field. * Leadership and coordination of operational staff and contractors. * Strong communication skills with clients, third-party supervisors (interventoría), and internal teams. * Problem-solving ability in construction site environments. **Main Responsibilities** * Load and unload pipes, materials, tools, and other required items. * Perform touch-up painting on pipes, fittings, and vehicles. * Supply materials to installers according to dimensions and specifications. * Perform grooving, threading, and drilling of pipes using appropriate equipment. * Work at heights (if certified and medically fit). * Drive when required. **Notes** * Willingness to travel outside the city as required by project needs. * Availability to remain on-site during project execution. * Ability to work under pressure and in operational environments.
