If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **Customer Service: Logistic Follow-up** **Grade 5** **On-site:** Logistics Terminals of Colombia, Siberia. **Position Summary** **Responsibilities**: Guarantee and ensure that products reach their final destination intact and on time according to agreed SLAs, reporting online to the client's process responsible any incidents that occur; additionally, must generate the reports and documents required by the process for the client. **Qualifications**: * Technical, technological, or professional degrees in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Business Administration.
