Registration and control of payroll-related updates. **JOB OFFERING** **Position:** Human Resources Assistant **Company:** PPC OFC **Location:** Puente Aranda – Bogotá **Job Description** A prominent company is currently seeking a **Human Resources Assistant**, responsible for supporting comprehensive HR department processes—including selection, hiring, payroll, and disciplinary management—ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current labor regulations. **General Responsibilities** * Support **recruitment and selection** processes (job posting, candidate scheduling, and interview assistance). * Manage **hiring and onboarding** of personnel (documentation, affiliations, and archiving). * Register and control **payroll-related updates** (hires, terminations, medical leaves, absences, and other types of leave). * Manage and process **medical leave claims** with EPS and relevant entities. * Assist in executing **disciplinary procedures**, including issuing summonses and drafting minutes. * Maintain and update employee resumes and personnel databases. * Support the preparation of Human Resources department reports. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. **Requirements** * Technical or technological degree in Human Resources, Talent Management, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of **1–2 years** of experience in similar positions (preferred). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes. * Proficiency in office tools (basic to intermediate Excel). * Organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: **7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.** * Saturdays: **8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.** **Contract Type** * Direct contract with the company.
