Analysis, control, and monitoring of projects being implemented by the company to ensure the proper functioning of marketed solutions according to the technological and quality standards defined by the company. **Responsibilities and attributions** 1\. Know all the technologies and solutions marketed by the company. 2\. Have basic knowledge in project management. 3\. Work together with different areas of the company (sales, production, warehouse, IT, HR) that are necessary for the continuous development of the project sold to a client. 4\. Align with the client expectations regarding the project and the conditions they must guarantee for the implementation process to succeed. 5\. Work according to the predefined documentation/application/software standards established by the company for activities. 6\. Guide, supervise, or execute (when necessary) the work of third-party companies (installations) required during implementation, base clients, or pilot projects. 7\. Make the correct decision regarding solutions when issues involving technological or strategic problems arise, to achieve the planned objectives in the implementation process. 8\. Keep expenses within the budget/policies approved by management for carrying out the activity under the company's guidance. 9\. Regularly present to the company/client daily or weekly reports on the ongoing progress status of projects. 10\. Support the development activity of new products and solutions occurring at the client where implementation is taking place. 11\. Supervise/conduct preparation and training for clients or company personnel. **Requirements and qualifications** 1\. Experience in agricultural operations, electronics, or computer science. 2\. Interpersonal skills to persuade, influence, and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals to ensure successful implementations at the client site. 3\. Professional Education: University or technical degree in fields related to Engineering and Agriculture is desirable. 4\.
