This position is within Cargill’s protein and salt business, through which we deliver high-quality, nutritious food products to a broad range of customers—from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. **Purpose and Job Impact** ------------------------------- As the Innovation Projects Analyst, you will support tracking the overall portfolio of projects and programs across all functions, including projects and data fields related to standardization, case guidelines adoption and value assessment, and applying prioritization methods aligned with business strategy. In this role, you will provide portfolio visibility, reporting, and enterprise-level collaboration with key stakeholders. You will collect data for portfolio reports, create a data dashboard, ensure data quality and consistency, support stakeholders in the project management system, and analyze request data as required by business needs. **Key Skills** --------------------- * Identify improvements and simplifications in project portfolio management processes and implement those processes. * Integrate technical applications and systems to investigate and analyze project data and other relevant data and information used for portfolio management. * Prepare reports and materials using defined procedures for stakeholder use. * Analyze and interpret project process data and information to develop and produce metrics—including leading and lagging, quantitative and qualitative, and process compliance metrics. * Collaborate with other process stakeholders to deliver value to people, enhance agility, and advance project progress and development. * Manage basic and moderate issues under direct supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate personnel. * Other duties as assigned \#LI\-Hybrid \- \#LI\-RC2 **Qualifications** ------------------- **Minimum** * Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Foundational knowledge of project methodologies (PMI/Scrum). * Experience in managing and improving project portfolio processes. * Experience in data analysis and generating metrics and reports. * 2–3 years of project experience. * Intermediate–Advanced Excel – Power BI **Preferred** * MS Project | AI tool proficiency * Knowledge of transformation, operational excellence, or process improvement project management * Intermediate English
