Position Summary: We are seeking an Integrated Data Management Leader to design, consolidate, and lead the data architecture, ensuring availability, security, and governance. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an **Integrated Data Management Leader** to join our Systems and Technological Innovation team. This strategic role will be responsible for designing, consolidating, and leading the organization's relational and analytical data architecture, ensuring the availability, security, governance, and optimization of information assets. Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Required Experience * Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced database administration, data analytics, and Business Intelligence solutions. * Minimum 3 years of experience in senior roles, technical leadership, or high-responsibility positions managing data architectures. Essential Technical Knowledge * Advanced administration of MySQL databases. * Performance optimization, tuning, indexing, and partitioning. * Design and implementation of OLTP, OLAP, and Data Warehouse models. * Administration and optimization of databases on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). * Development of Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI. * Design, management, and automation of ETL/ELT processes. * Advanced SQL: stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and database auditing. * Backup strategies, disaster recovery, high availability, and operational continuity. * Data governance, role management, permissions, and access policies. Desirable Certifications * Certification in MySQL or Oracle databases. * Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). * Microsoft Power BI or equivalent Business Intelligence tools. Key Responsibilities * Design, implement, and document the organization's relational and analytical data architecture. * Lead the optimization, indexing, and partitioning of transactional and cloud-based databases. * Structure Data Warehouse models and automate ETL/ELT processes. * Develop strategic dashboards and KPIs in Power BI to support decision-making. * Ensure compliance with information security, auditing, backup, recovery, and high-availability policies. * Serve as the technical reference and mentor for the team, promoting industry best practices and standards. * Ensure compliance with Quality Management System guidelines. Working Conditions * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Hybrid work modality. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, complying with the legal weekly working schedule of 42 hours. * Work location: Álamos, Bogotá D.C. * Salary negotiable based on experience and competencies.
