Focus on quality, food safety, and efficiency **Job Objective** Plan, direct, and supervise plant production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, technical formulations, food safety regulations (GMP), and efficiency in time and resource utilization. **Main Responsibilities** * **Production Management:** Schedule and supervise the daily production of ice cream, bakery items, and branded products, ensuring strict adherence to standard recipes and portion weights. * **Team Leadership:** Lead, train, and motivate the plant operational team, ensuring productivity, discipline, and a positive work environment. * **Quality and Food Safety Control:** Implement and ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitary regulations, and cold chain integrity. * **Inventory and Raw Materials Management:** Monitor ingredient and packaging stock levels, coordinate orders with suppliers, and minimize waste (losses). * **Costs and Efficiency:** Optimize production times and resources to achieve the company's operational objectives. * **Operational Maintenance:** Supervise the proper operation, maintenance, and cleaning of industrial equipment and ice cream/bakery machinery. **Desired Profile / Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** in supervisory or plant management roles within food, bakery, ice cream, or central/hidden kitchen industries. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Mandatory proficiency in **GMP** and current sanitary regulations. * Expertise in process standardization and inventory control. * Preferred: Knowledge of handling and behavior of ingredients for functional/healthy bakery (e.g., sugar substitutes, alternative flours, etc.). * **Soft Skills:** Personnel leadership, strong organizational ability, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving skills. **What We Offer** * **Location:** Bogotá, Colombia. * **Contract Type:** **Indefinite-term contract** * **Work Schedule:** On-site \- Full-time. * **Salary:** To be agreed upon based on experience and profile \+ Statutory benefits. * **Work Environment:** Join a purpose-driven brand experiencing continuous growth and innovation in the *healthy* sector.
