Identification and resolution of hardware and software failures. ### **Job Description** A Junior Technician is required to perform activities related to the diagnosis, configuration, maintenance, repair, validation, and functional testing of Lenovo computing equipment, ensuring compliance with procedures, quality standards, and manufacturer policies. The role involves supporting technical laboratory operations by identifying and resolving hardware and software failures, installing components, updating firmware and drivers, conducting functional tests, recording activities in designated tools, and preparing equipment for delivery—thereby contributing to meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction. ### **Requirements** Technical diploma, technological degree, or final-semester student in: * Systems * Computer Equipment Maintenance * Electronics * Telecommunications * Networks * Related fields * Minimum six (6) months of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment. * Desired experience in technical laboratories, help desks, or authorized service centers. * Experience in hardware and software installation. * Experience in handling technical incidents.
