Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer or technologist with experience to lead personnel management, production indicators, BPM, and compliance with ISO and PSHAS standards as a Junior Plant Manager. Lead the plant as a Junior Plant Manager with experience A prominent plastic and thermoformed products manufacturing facility located in the Kennedy district. Seeking an engineer and/or technologist with full experience to work directly as a JUNIOR PLANT MANAGER. Responsibilities include personnel management, performance indicators, achieving production targets, BPM implementation, and compliance with requirements, ISO STANDARDS & PSHAS. Requirements: Colombian national (100%), residing in the southern part of the city, with over 1 year of experience as a production technician. Schedule: Monday to Saturday. Day shift. Salary: $2200000 (starting) \+ statutory benefits (paid biweekly and direct contract with the factory), bonuses, and benefits. Immediate hiring.
