Support production activities related to preparing cold and hot foods, pre-alignment of raw materials, and cleaning and disinfection of raw materials, supplies, and associated equipment, carrying out all functions within quality and productivity criteria. Scope: Operational responsibility for handling supplies, materials, and tools used in preparing foods requested by customers.
