Responsibilities * Define Full Stack and AI architecture. * Select technologies based on security, cost, and maintainability criteria. * Design agents and define autonomous actions they may execute. * Define when human intervention is required. * Establish controls to prevent unauthorized access or transactions. * Lead technical designs, refinements, and estimations. * Review code and approve critical components. * Establish development, testing, and documentation standards. * Coordinate with architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data teams. * Define observability, logging, metrics, and alerts. * Manage technical debt and implementation risks. * Support performance, security, and recovery testing. * Assist the team in resolving complex incidents. * Ensure knowledge transfer. * Communicate technical decisions to executive and non-technical audiences. AI Security Knowledge For banking, both profiles must understand at minimum: * Prompt injection. * Disclosure of sensitive information. * Insecure handling of model responses. * Unauthorized actions executed by agents. * Tool permission controls. * Protection of financial and personal data. * Information filtering and masking. * Response validation before transaction execution. * Human oversight for sensitive operations. * Evaluation of quality, accuracy, and unfounded responses. **Requirements and Qualifications** Must have: * Between **7 and 8 years** of software development experience. * Minimum of **3 years** as a technical leader, solution architect, or technical reference. * Experience leading Full Stack teams. * Proven experience designing solutions with generative AI, agents, or RAG. * Desired experience in banking, insurance, fintech, or regulated industries. In addition to the knowledge required of developers, the candidate must master: * Enterprise architecture knowledge. * Design of scalable and decoupled solutions, Microservices, Patterns, Zero Trust Security, OAuth 2\.0, OIDC, secrets management, encryption, and cloud auditing. * Production architectures on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; DevSecOps; CI/CD; code analysis; vulnerability assessment; and controls; generative AI; model selection, costs, latency, and limits. **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
